  2.  In case of late EMI payments, TATA Capital will charge a penal interest on your LAS.
  3. If your EMI gets bounced, you will be charged ₹2,000 as a bounce charge.
  4. TATA Capital levies a swap charge of ₹550 plus GST in case you want to change the payment mode.
  5. One will be charged 0.35% of sales consideration plus brokerage and charges in case of selling pledged securities.
  6. TATA Capital deducts ₹1,000 or 0.25% of the loaned money, whichever is higher, as a CCOD annual maintenance charge.
