RTGS, or real-time gross Settlement, is a seamless and rapid approach to transferring money without complications. RTGS processes fund transfers individually and in real time. NEFT previously operated in hourly batches but is now settled in half-hourly batches and is available 24x7 as per RBI guidelines. Indian Overseas Bank, commonly known as IOB, has made fund transfers more convenient by offering a single RTGS form for payment.

  • No upper limit for RTGS transfers.

What Is IOB RTGS?

Indian Overseas Bank (IOB), one of India's central nationalised banks, offers its customers a variety of financial transfer options, including RTGS, NEFT and IMPS. Customers can make fund transfers by visiting an IOB branch, using internet banking, or using the IOB mobile banking app.

RTGS is an electronic fund transfer system that settles payments individually in real-time. It can be initiated through internet banking, mobile banking, or by submitting a physical form at a branch. The bank has simplified RTGS payments by providing a single IOB RTGS form to start the payment. For high-value transfers, customers need to submit an IOB RTGS form at the branch or use RTGS via net banking. You can Download IOB Bank RTGS Form PDF from IOB official website.
