  • Download and Install Yono App on your mobile
  • Login the app using the login credentials
  • Click on the icon left side of the homepage
  • Click on service request option
  • Now, click on update KYC option
  • Enter your netbanking profile password

  • Enter your OTP sent to the registered mobile number

A message will be displayed with a successful updation message

How to Update SBI KYC Through ATM?

  • Visit the nearest SBI ATM
  • Enter your ATM card to the machine
  • Go to main menu
  • Now, select banking then services option
  • Click on YES OR NO will on the prompt with KYC date updation with existing OVD
  • Enter any digits on the screen and click yes or no
  • Enter ATM PIN
  • Give consent for KYC updation

A message will be shown that the request for KYC updation is registred and SMS will be sent after eligibility check and will update KYC date accordingly.

How to Update SBI KYC Offline?
