- Form 10C: You have to fill up Form 10C if you are a registered EPFO member and want to withdraw your pension after completion of 10 years of work.

- Life Certificate: If you are a current pensioner or a guardian, you have to sign a Life Certificate to show that you are alive as well as eligible to receive the pension amount. This certificate is signed every November.
