DigiLocker is a secure online storage place for your papers and certifications.  If you have all of your documents in DigiLocker, there is no need to carry them physically.  These materials can be used anytime, anyplace.  Users must have their Aadhar card to utilize the DigiLocker.  You can install the DigiLocker app on your Android device.

Types of Documents on DigiLocker 

Documents are classified by Digilocker as either issued or uploaded. Issued papers are electronic documents issued by various government agencies straight from the original data source, and their URL (link) can be found in DigiLocker's issued documents area. Whereas uploaded documents are those that the DigiLocker user has uploaded directly.

How to Upload Documents in DigiLocker Online?
