Steps to Register a Complaint on the BHIM UPI ‘Get in Touch’ Portal
Here are the steps you can follow to lodge a complaint via the UPI ‘Get in Touch’ portal:
Step 1: Visit the official UPI Get in Touch portal.
Step 2: You will be presented with 2 options, namely: Complaint & Feedback.
Step 3: Go to the ‘Complaint’ section and select the grievance type relevant to your issue.
Step 4: Every complaint type has associated fields which must be filled out carefully. This may include the complaint type, VPA, comments, mobile number, email ID and more.
Step 5: Once you have filled out all the fields, put in the captcha.
Step 6: Click on the 'Submit' button.
After the complaint is appropriately processed, the redressal shall be sent to your registered email address.
