Step 1: Go to the official EPFO e-SEWA website or click here.

Step 2: On the homepage, tap on 'Services' at the top menu and then choose 'For Employees' from the dropdown.

Process to Update Mobile Number in EPF if You Forget the Password

If you have forgotten your EPF portal password and need to update your EPF mobile number online, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the ‘EPF Member Portal’ and click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button on the login page.

Step 2: Give your 12-digit Universal Account Number (UAN) and enter the CAPTCHA code. Next, select ‘Submit’ to proceed.

Step 3: Enter your name, gender and date of birth and tap the ‘Verify’ button.

Step 4: To validate your details, input your Aadhaar number and CAPTCHA code. Agree to Aadhaar-based authentication by checking the consent box and then clicking on ‘Verify’ to continue.
