How to Register to TJSB Net Banking?

If you have registered your mobile number with the TJSB account and have your TJSB customer ID, you can register to TJSB net banking by following the steps below: 

  • Step 1: Visit the TJSB internet banking page.
  • Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Login’ option and click it to open a new page. 
  • Step 3: Click on the ‘Generate/Forgot Password’ option on the new page. 
  • Step 4: Read the steps and click on ‘Proceed’. 
  • Step 5: Enter your TJSB customer ID and click ‘Go’. 
  • Step 6: Enter your registered mobile number and click ‘Go’. After a verification of the mobile number, you will receive an OTP on that number. 
  • Step 7: Enter the OTP and press ‘Go’ to set a password for your net banking account. 
  • Step 8: Go to the home page, click on ‘Login’ and enter the user ID and the new password to log in to your TJSB net banking account. The password you have to set at the 8th step has to contain at least 8 to 20 characters, 1 number, 1 capital letter and 1 special character. 

TJSB Net Banking Login Process

Follow these steps to log in to your TJSB internet banking account: 

  • Step 1: Visit the of TJSB.
  • Step 2: Click on the ‘Internet Banking’ tab. 
  • Step 3: Select the ‘Login - Internet Banking’ option. A login page will appear with a login ID and password box.
  • Step 4: Enter Customer ID and Q-Pin (the initial access password that the bank provides) respectively. 
  • Step 5: Click on ‘Submit’. The status of the login process will be displayed on the screen.

How to Reset TJSB Net Banking Password?

The net banking system enables users to reset their password at the first login as a security protocol. Follow these steps at the first login to stay secure by resetting the password successfully: 

  • Step 1: During the first login when the system asks for a password reset, provide a new password containing at least 8 characters with a minimum of 1 number, 1 special character, and no space in between. 
  • Step 2: Enter the same password in the ‘Confirm Password Box’. The system will notify you with a message, specifying your login password has been changed successfully. 
  • Step 3: Click ‘OK’ and re-login into the system with the new password.  

How to Check TJSB Account Balance Online?

You can check TJSB account balance online using the following methods: 

1. Net Banking 

If you are already registered for Internet banking you can easily check your account balance using the TJSB net banking facility: 

  • Step 1: Visit the TJSB internet banking page .
  • Step 2: Navigate to the 'Login' option, and enter the credentials required. 
  • Step 3: Find the ‘Account Summary’ section. 

You can see your current bank balance there. 

2. Mobile Banking 

To avail this service, you have to register your bank account with the mobile banking app. If you have already done so, follow these steps to check your account balance through mobile banking: 

  • Step 1: Download the TJSB mobile banking app 'TJSB Smart Money' from Google or Apple Play Store. 
  • Step 2: Log in to the app using your MPIN or registered mobile number. 
  • Step 3: Navigate to the ‘Account Summary’ section. 

Your current account balance will be displayed on the screen. 

3. UPI Banking 

To check your account balance using UPI banking follow these steps: 

  • Step 1: Log in to your UPI account and navigate to the ‘Account’ section. 
  • Step 2: Click on the 'Check Balance' option and enter the 4-digit MPIN. 

You can check your account balance immediately. 

How to Transfer Money via TJSB Net Banking?

TJSB net banking offers you the following fund transfer options: 

1. Fund Transfer Between Your TJSB Accounts 

With this option, users can transfer funds from their own TJSB account to other TJSB accounts linked under their IDs. Follow the steps below to conduct such a transaction: 

  • Step 1: Visit the TJSB net banking portal and find ‘Fund Transfer’ under the ‘Deposit’ section.
  • Step 2: Select the account number from which you are going to transfer funds. 
  • Step 3: Specify the account number where you are depositing the funds. 
  • Step 4: Enter the transaction amount and add a description if applicable. 
  • Step 5: You will receive an OTP and can view the transaction summary on your screen. 
  • Step 6: Enter the OTP on the ‘Enter Token Number’ box. 
  • Step 7: Enter the Transaction PIN to complete your fund transfer.  

2. Fund Transfer Between You and Other Customers of TJSB

After you add payees you can transfer funds across India using this option. 

Follow these steps to add a payee: 

  • Step 1: After logging in to your net banking account, navigate to ‘Fund Transfer’ and add account details. 
  • Step 2: Select the Branch and Product code and enter the payee's account number. 
  • Step 3: Enter the payee's name very carefully. 
  • Step 4: Enter the email ID. 

You will receive a Unique Registration Number (URN) which you have to use in the later stages of this procedure. 

Follow the steps below to confirm the payee: 

  • Step 1: From the drop-down list, select the payee account. 
  • Step 2: Enter the URN you received while adding the payee. 

Now, you can follow the steps below to transfer funds to the payee: 

  • Step 1: Navigate to ‘Fund Transfer’ and select the account number from which you are going to transfer funds. 
  • Step 2: Select the payee’s account. 
  • Step 3: Enter the transaction amount and description if applicable. 
  • Step 4: Enter the OTP in the box ‘Enter Token Number’. 
  • Step 5: You will be able to see a screen requesting your Transaction PIN. Enter it to complete the fund transfer procedure. 

3. Fund Transfer to Other Bank Accounts 

With this option, you can send money to other bank accounts from your TJSB account online. You have to add and confirm a payee before transferring funds in this option. 

Here’s how you can add a payee: 

  • Step 1: Navigate to ‘Fund Transfer’ and add account details. 
  • Step 2: Enter the account number, payee's name, address, mobile number, email ID and IFSC code of payee's branch. 
  • Step 3: Click on ‘Verify’ to check the validity of the IFSC code. You will receive a Unique Registration Number (URN) which you have to use in the upcoming procedure. 

Now, you have to confirm the payee by following these steps: 

  • Step 1: From the drop-down list, select the payee's account number. 
  • Step 2: Enter the URN. 

Follow the steps below to transfer funds to the payee: 

  • Step 1: Navigate to 'Fund Transfer' and select the payee's account number from the drop-down menu. 
  • Step 2: Enter the transaction amount and description if you require. You will receive an OTP immediately after. 
  • Step 3: In the box ‘Enter Token Number’, you have to enter the OTP. A screen will request your Transaction PIN.
  • Step 4: Enter the PIN to complete your inter-bank fund transfer.
